On Christmas Day, the weather at St George was beautiful and we walked on the beach for hours. The island felt deserted and it was great to be out in the sun. After that, we settled in for the night and cooked our Christmas Pancake Dinner with our special new griddle. It was pretty exciting...
This morning we are at Grayton Beach right next to Destin. We were driving by last night and the place looked pretty, so we stopped for the night. We'll head farther down the coast this afternoon.

hey, the pancake looked great!! when do we get the video tour of the RV?? and, dad says that 325-350 is the best temp for pancakes on his griddle. love you guys!
